My Bio
In my profile picture I drew myself with a pair of wings. The red wing symbolizes my destructive side. It represents my selfessness, anger, despair, fear, laziness among other negative things. It is also meant to convey the mistakes that I have made in the past and the guilt that I carry from those mistakes. The red wing is basically my inner demon.
The white wing is meant to portray the good qualites that I have. The white wing represents happiness, hope, motivation, determination, love, balance, inspiration, and my conscience. The white wing is my postive side. The two roses growing from within the feathers represent two important parts of my life. One rose is grown from the love I have for my family. The other rose is grown from the love I have for my friends.
If you put the meaning behind both wings together it creates who I am as a person. It is how I veiw my existance.
By the way, I don't always draw myself with wings.

I've been having a hard time lately with one of my worst habits; comparing myself and my artwork with others and their artwork. Sometimes I think of my art as low grade scraps. I know I shouldn't let my bad habit get the best of me so, I'm trying my hardest to work through it as we speak. I also have one more thing to say about this subject before I end this journal entry - if you feel like this too, then work through it like I am right now.

I lost my sketch book the other day and it had the next page of my irken comic in it! This sucks big time for me because I've already searched everywhere and still can't locate it. I hope to find it soon because I hate having to redo drawings from scratch!
